Return policy
We offer a return service within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide to return the item, it must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and with the original label and packaging. We recommend that you contact the customer service team prior to returning a product to ensure that the return process goes smoothly. Once the return request has been confirmed, you can follow our instructions to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem or we send the wrong item. You will receive a refund after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, which usually takes 5-7 business days to process, so please be patient.

Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange goods, Lemonwindy also offers flexible exchange services. You can contact the customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the item to let us know which item you wish to exchange (e.g. size, color, etc.). Replacement goods need to meet unused, undamaged standards and retain the original label and packaging.

The replacement process is simple and convenient. You only need to pay the shipping cost of the returned item and we will provide you with a free replacement item. We will try to handle the exchange for you based on stock availability, but if the required item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or negotiate an alternative. Our goal is to make your shopping experience the most satisfying.

Matters needing attention

Return and exchange items must be in good condition, unused, and contain all original labels and packaging.
The return and exchange service applies to all unsatisfactory items, but does not apply to custom items, discounted items or last clearance items, unless there is a quality problem with the item.
We cannot accept return requests if the returned item is damaged during transit, so we recommend that you ensure that the item is properly packed when you return it.
